The Project

No-One Left Behind is part of Derry City Council's Arts and Regeneration project which is funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland National Lottery Fund.

The Arts and Regeneration project been established to strengthen community involvement in regeneration issues. The project is coordinated by Alice McCartney, Arts and Regeneration Officer in Derry City Council.

The Verbal Arts Centre is situated on the historic walled city of Derry/Londonderry. It is a specialist centre for the development of literacy through creative activities where literacy is defined as the ability to read, write, communicate ( talking & listening ) and comprehend.
